Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of JOOBIX websites, applications, software, free tools, paid products and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using JOOBIX.
By accessing or using a JOOBIX product or service, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where a separate affirmative acceptance is required for a paid product, licence, subscription or other transaction, you will be asked to accept the applicable terms before completing that action.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use JOOBIX.
1. About JOOBIX
JOOBIX is an independent software product focused on advertising-data analysis and decision support.
For purposes of these Terms, “JOOBIX”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of JOOBIX identified in the JOOBIX Privacy Policy.
JOOBIX may provide products or features through:
- joobix.co and related website pages;
- app.joobix.co;
- JOOBIX Search Term Intelligence Free;
- paid, Pro or Agency editions;
- JOOBIX Business Truth and related analytical features;
- downloadable, installable or browser-based software;
- associated reports, exports, documentation and support services.
The availability and exact functionality of a product may vary by edition.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use JOOBIX on behalf of a company, agency, client or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to use the relevant data and to bind or act on behalf of that organisation where applicable.
JOOBIX Agency is offered exclusively for business, agency, freelance, consultancy, trade, craft or other professional purposes and is not offered for primarily personal or household consumer use. A purchaser of JOOBIX Agency must be acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession. This includes freelancers, independent consultants and sole professionals purchasing for their professional activity. If you are purchasing primarily for personal purposes outside any trade, business, craft or profession, you are not eligible to purchase JOOBIX Agency. This eligibility rule is a condition of sale and is not intended to waive or exclude any mandatory right that applicable law gives to a person who is legally a consumer despite the stated restriction.
3. Free and Paid Editions
JOOBIX may offer both free and paid editions.
The Free edition may contain usage, file-size, functionality, export or other limits displayed within the product or website.
Paid editions may provide additional functionality, including features such as:
- expanded Search Term Intelligence;
- Business Outcomes analysis;
- Business Truth;
- Outcome Gap analysis;
- qualified/customer performance metrics;
- outcome-reason intelligence;
- risk analysis;
- batch workflows;
- client-ready reports;
- diagnostic or comparison features;
- higher usage or processing limits;
- other professional or Agency functionality.
Features, limits and availability shown on the relevant product or pricing page at the time of use or purchase form part of the applicable product description.
JOOBIX will not intentionally represent an unavailable feature as currently included in a paid product.
4. Nature of JOOBIX Analysis
JOOBIX is a decision-support tool.
It does not replace professional judgment and does not automatically determine what advertising decision must be made.
JOOBIX may analyse advertising information using statistical, rule-based, comparative or other analytical methods.
Results may include:
- findings;
- priorities;
- estimated inefficient spend;
- patterns;
- risk indicators;
- recommended actions;
- Business Truth metrics;
- Outcome Gap calculations;
- qualified or customer performance metrics;
- descriptive comparisons.
These outputs are analytical evidence intended for human review.
You are responsible for reviewing the underlying data, business context, tracking quality and recommendations before making advertising or business decisions.
5. Observed-Data Scope
JOOBIX analyses the information supplied to it.
Search Terms reports may not contain every search performed on an advertising account. Advertising platforms may omit, aggregate or privacy-filter certain information.
Accordingly, JOOBIX findings relate to the observed data available in the files being analysed.
References such as:
- “quantified excess”;
- “observed excess”;
- “Outcome Gap”;
- “Business Truth”;
- “observed-safe”;
- “risk”;
- similar analytical labels
must be understood within this observed-data scope.
They are not representations that JOOBIX has reconstructed every event, search, lead, sale or interaction associated with an advertising account.
The term JOOBIX Business Truth is a product and analytical label. It does not mean that JOOBIX guarantees complete or absolute knowledge of a business’s results.
6. No Guaranteed Advertising or Financial Results
JOOBIX does not guarantee:
- advertising savings;
- increases in revenue;
- increases in ROAS;
- decreases in CPA;
- conversion improvements;
- lead-quality improvements;
- customer acquisition results;
- campaign performance;
- business profitability;
- any particular financial outcome.
An estimate of inefficient or excess spend is not a guarantee that the full amount can be recovered or saved.
Past results, demo results, example datasets and customer-specific results must not be treated as guarantees of future performance.
7. No Automatic Campaign Changes
Unless a future product expressly states otherwise, JOOBIX does not automatically modify a user’s advertising account.
The current JOOBIX workflow is designed for human review.
A recommendation should be evaluated before the user:
- adds or removes a negative keyword;
- pauses traffic;
- changes targeting;
- changes budgets;
- changes bidding;
- restructures campaigns;
- takes another advertising action.
The user remains responsible for campaign changes made outside JOOBIX.
8. Google Ads and Third-Party Platforms
Google Ads and other advertising, analytics, CRM or business platforms are independent third-party services.
JOOBIX is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google, unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to Google Ads and other third-party products are descriptive and are used to explain compatibility or workflow.
Google, Google Ads and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of third-party services remains subject to the terms, policies and technical limitations of those services.
9. No Direct Account Access Unless Expressly Introduced
The current JOOBIX local-file workflow does not require Google Ads login credentials in order to analyse exported reports.
JOOBIX does not claim to have access to information that is not present in the data made available to the application.
If JOOBIX introduces an API, OAuth or other direct integration in the future, the functionality and relevant terms will be disclosed separately before or when that integration is used.
10. User Data and Files
You retain your rights in files and business data that you lawfully provide or select for use with JOOBIX.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- you are entitled to use the data;
- you have any permissions required from clients or third parties;
- your processing of the data complies with applicable law;
- confidential information is handled appropriately;
- unnecessary personal information is removed where reasonably possible.
JOOBIX does not require names, personal email addresses or telephone numbers for the normal Business Truth analytical workflow.
Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive or personal information in advertising or Business Outcomes files.
11. Local File Processing
Where the relevant JOOBIX product states that CSV or Business Outcomes files are processed locally, analysis occurs within the user’s browser or device.
Under that architecture, raw analytical files are not uploaded to JOOBIX servers for the purpose of performing the analysis.
This does not mean that an online JOOBIX application makes no network requests at all.
Ordinary network communication may still occur for matters such as:
- loading application files;
- software updates;
- hosting and security;
- paid licence validation;
- entitlement verification;
- user-requested navigation or third-party services.
Personal-data processing is further described in the JOOBIX Privacy Policy.
12. Business Outcomes and Attribution
Paid or Agency editions may allow comparison between advertising data and Business Outcomes or CRM-derived data.
JOOBIX will only present attribution at a level reasonably supported by the available data and mapping.
The software is not intended to invent an exact relationship between records when the supplied data does not support that relationship.
Aggregated campaign, ad-group or keyword information must not be interpreted as exact search-term attribution where exact attribution is unavailable.
GCLID or another identifier may be used only in accordance with the capabilities of the relevant JOOBIX version.
JOOBIX does not claim causation merely because two data sources can be compared or matched.
13. User Responsibility for Advertising Decisions
Advertising platforms and markets can change rapidly.
Before implementing a JOOBIX recommendation, the user should consider relevant factors including:
- search intent;
- brand terms;
- strategic keywords;
- conversion tracking;
- conversion delays;
- offline conversions;
- campaign structure;
- match type;
- client or business objectives;
- statistical sample size;
- current advertising-platform behaviour.
JOOBIX deliberately may classify uncertain findings as requiring review rather than presenting them as definitive actions.
14. Reports, Exports and Client Use
JOOBIX may allow users to generate reports, CSV exports, diagnostic files, screenshots, snapshots or other outputs.
Subject to the applicable Software Licence, users may generally use legitimate JOOBIX-generated reports for their own business activities and, where relevant, share client-facing reports with their own clients.
This permission does not grant a right to:
- redistribute JOOBIX software;
- distribute JOOBIX source code;
- resell access to JOOBIX unless the applicable plan permits it;
- remove ownership notices in order to falsely claim JOOBIX software as another product;
- create unauthorised copies of paid software;
- bypass licence restrictions.
15. JOOBIX Intellectual Property
JOOBIX software, source code, product design, original documentation, visual assets, branding, logos and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms or an applicable Software Licence, no ownership rights in JOOBIX are transferred to the user.
Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as claiming exclusive ownership by JOOBIX of ordinary descriptive, technical or generic industry terminology.
16. Software Licence
Paid software is licensed, not transferred by ownership of the underlying software.
The detailed scope of a paid licence, including permitted users, devices, activations, copying, transfer, resale and other licence restrictions, will be governed by the applicable JOOBIX Software Licence Agreement / End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”).
Where both these Terms and the Software Licence apply, the Software Licence controls specifically with respect to the scope and permitted use of the licensed software.
Nothing in a Software Licence may exclude mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Licence Validation and Access Controls
Paid JOOBIX editions may require:
- a valid licence key;
- product entitlement;
- activation;
- periodic validation;
- an authorised device or instance;
- compliance with activation limits.
JOOBIX may prevent or suspend paid access where a licence is invalid, expired, refunded, cancelled, fraudulently obtained, used beyond permitted limits or otherwise materially violates the applicable licence terms.
Licence controls must not be used to access the contents of the user’s advertising or CRM files unless such processing is expressly introduced and disclosed.
18. Purchases Through Lemon Squeezy
JOOBIX paid products may be sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through its platform.
Where Lemon Squeezy is used:
- the payment transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy;
- taxes and payment processing are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s applicable transaction terms;
- the customer may also be required to accept Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms;
- JOOBIX remains the supplier/licensor of the JOOBIX software and determines the permitted use of the product under the applicable JOOBIX licence.
A customer’s purchase may therefore be governed by more than one document, including these Terms, the applicable Software Licence, the JOOBIX Refund & Withdrawal Policy, the Privacy Policy and Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer or transaction terms.
19. Prices, Billing and Subscriptions
Paid products may be offered as one-time purchases, subscriptions or another clearly disclosed payment model.
The applicable:
- price;
- currency;
- billing frequency;
- renewal terms;
- taxes;
- trial terms, if any;
- included product;
- licence type
will be displayed before purchase.
Where a subscription automatically renews, the renewal arrangement will be disclosed as part of the purchase process.
Customers may manage or cancel eligible subscriptions using the method made available through the relevant checkout, customer portal or support process.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewal according to the applicable billing rules but does not by itself create a right to a refund for an already completed billing period unless required by law or provided under the applicable Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
20. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Refunds and consumer withdrawal rights will be governed by:
- applicable mandatory law;
- the JOOBIX Refund & Withdrawal Policy;
- the relevant Lemon Squeezy transaction terms where Lemon Squeezy is Merchant of Record.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right available to a consumer.
Where applicable law requires a consumer’s separate prior express consent for immediate supply of digital content or a digital service and a separate acknowledgement concerning the effect on the right of withdrawal, that consent or acknowledgement must be obtained separately through the applicable purchase flow.
Acceptance of these Terms alone does not constitute a waiver of a statutory right of withdrawal where separate consent or acknowledgement is legally required.
21. Consumer Rights
JOOBIX Agency is not offered for primarily personal consumer purposes. If, notwithstanding the eligibility restriction and purchaser declaration, applicable mandatory law legally treats a purchaser as a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Depending on applicable law, consumers purchasing digital content or digital services may have mandatory rights relating to matters including:
- supply of the digital product;
- conformity with the agreed product description;
- functionality and compatibility;
- necessary updates, including security updates where applicable;
- remedies for lack of conformity;
- price reduction;
- termination in circumstances provided by law;
- statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.
Any disclaimer or limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Professional and Business Users
Certain provisions of consumer-protection law apply only where the purchaser acts as a consumer.
If you purchase or use JOOBIX wholly or mainly for your trade, business, agency, professional activity or commercial organisation, you may be treated as a business/professional user under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms falsely characterises a consumer as a business user merely because JOOBIX is a professional advertising tool.
23. Updates and Product Maintenance
JOOBIX may release:
- bug fixes;
- security updates;
- compatibility updates;
- performance improvements;
- feature updates;
- interface changes.
Free functionality may evolve over time.
For paid digital products, JOOBIX will comply with applicable mandatory requirements concerning updates, conformity and modifications.
Where applicable law requires notice or another condition before a material modification to a continuously supplied paid digital service, JOOBIX will comply with those requirements.
24. Compatibility and User Environment
JOOBIX may depend on a compatible browser, device, operating system and user-provided file format.
Users are responsible for maintaining a reasonably supported environment.
JOOBIX may publish compatibility information or minimum requirements.
Performance can vary depending on:
- device capabilities;
- file size;
- browser;
- operating system;
- dataset complexity;
- available memory;
- other local conditions.
A benchmark or test result is not a universal performance guarantee.
25. Availability
JOOBIX aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Access may occasionally be interrupted by:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- security events;
- hosting failures;
- internet failures;
- third-party infrastructure;
- force-majeure events;
- technical problems outside JOOBIX’s reasonable control.
Where mandatory consumer law requires a particular level of conformity or supply, those statutory obligations remain unaffected.
26. Acceptable Use
You must not use JOOBIX to:
- violate applicable law;
- violate the rights of another person or organisation;
- process data you are not authorised to use;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorised access to JOOBIX infrastructure;
- interfere with security mechanisms;
- abuse or overload JOOBIX systems;
- bypass paid-access or licensing controls;
- fraudulently obtain or share paid access;
- falsely represent JOOBIX as being affiliated with another organisation.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent JOOBIX protections except to the extent that such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
27. Security
You must take reasonable care to protect:
- licence keys;
- access links;
- account credentials, if any;
- client information;
- locally generated reports.
If you believe a paid licence, access credential or JOOBIX security mechanism has been compromised, contact JOOBIX promptly.
JOOBIX may take proportionate steps to protect its users, infrastructure and licensed software against abuse or security threats.
28. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, suggestions or feature ideas to JOOBIX, you remain the owner of any underlying personal or confidential information to which you have rights.
You grant JOOBIX permission to use non-confidential feedback and suggestions for legitimate product-development and improvement purposes without an obligation to pay royalties.
Do not intentionally include information belonging to a third party unless you are authorised to share it.
Personal data contained in feedback is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
29. Third-Party Services
JOOBIX may depend on or link to third-party services such as hosting, payment, licensing, email, CRM, advertising or other technology providers.
JOOBIX does not control the independent operation of those services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
JOOBIX is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions to the extent responsibility cannot legally be attributed to JOOBIX.
30. No Legal, Tax, Accounting or Financial Advice
JOOBIX provides software and analytical decision support.
It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice.
Advertising-spend calculations and business-performance metrics are analytical outputs and should not be treated as professional financial or accounting advice.
Users should obtain appropriate professional advice where required.
31. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting mandatory consumer rights, JOOBIX does not guarantee that:
- every finding will be correct for every business;
- supplied data is complete;
- every advertising-platform report is complete;
- recommendations will produce a particular result;
- JOOBIX will identify every inefficient search term;
- every suggested negative keyword will remain appropriate in future traffic;
- software will operate without interruption or every possible defect.
JOOBIX uses safeguards intended to reduce false certainty, but analytical software cannot eliminate all uncertainty.
Nothing in this section excludes statutory conformity obligations or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
32. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
For consumers, mandatory statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
For users acting in the course of a business or profession, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, JOOBIX will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill or losses resulting from advertising or business decisions made without appropriate human review. Business and professional users are expected to take reasonable steps to avoid or mitigate preventable loss, and JOOBIX is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for loss that could reasonably have been avoided through such mitigation.
For business/professional users, JOOBIX’s aggregate contractual liability relating to a paid product will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, not exceed the amount paid for the affected product during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or, for a one-time purchase, the purchase price of the affected product.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where liability cannot lawfully be limited, personal injury, or other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
33. Business-User Responsibility for Third-Party Claims
If you use JOOBIX in the course of a business or professional activity, you are responsible for claims resulting from your own unlawful use of third-party or client data, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not make you responsible for conduct caused independently by JOOBIX and does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
34. Suspension or Termination
JOOBIX may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
- security abuse;
- fraudulent activity;
- unauthorised distribution of paid software;
- circumvention of licensing controls;
- non-payment or reversed payment where applicable;
- a legal requirement.
Where reasonable and legally required, users will be given appropriate notice or an opportunity to remedy a breach.
Termination or suspension does not remove statutory refund, conformity or consumer rights that apply independently under law.
35. Free Service Changes or Discontinuation
JOOBIX may modify, replace or discontinue a free product or free feature.
Where practical, JOOBIX may provide notice of significant discontinuation.
This section does not permit JOOBIX to disregard obligations relating to a paid product or digital service.
36. Privacy
Personal-data processing connected with JOOBIX is governed by the JOOBIX Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains matters including:
- website and contact data;
- browser-local CSV processing;
- Business Outcomes processing;
- payment and customer information;
- licensing metadata;
- service providers;
- retention;
- data-protection rights.
37. Changes to These Terms
JOOBIX may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes in law;
- new product functionality;
- changes in payment or licensing arrangements;
- security requirements;
- operational changes.
The current version and revision date will be published on the JOOBIX website.
For existing paid contracts, a change will not retroactively remove accrued rights or mandatory consumer protections.
Where applicable law or the nature of a paid contract requires advance notice or separate acceptance of a material change, JOOBIX will provide it.
38. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited only to the minimum extent necessary to comply with applicable law.
39. No Waiver
Failure by JOOBIX to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision later.
40. Entire Agreement and Order of Documents
Depending on the product or transaction, the contractual documents may include:
- these Terms of Use;
- the applicable product description;
- the JOOBIX Software Licence / EULA;
- the JOOBIX Refund & Withdrawal Policy;
- the JOOBIX Privacy Policy;
- applicable checkout terms;
- applicable Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
If documents conflict, mandatory law always prevails.
For matters specifically relating to software licence scope, the Software Licence / EULA takes precedence over these general Terms.
For payment processing and the payment transaction conducted as Merchant of Record, the applicable Lemon Squeezy transaction terms apply.
41. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence where those protections cannot legally be excluded.
For consumers, mandatory rules concerning jurisdiction and competent courts remain unaffected.
For users acting exclusively in a business or professional capacity, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the place where the JOOBIX operator is legally established, unless another rule of jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
42. Informal Resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact JOOBIX so that the parties can attempt to resolve a dispute directly.
This does not limit a consumer’s right to use a competent court, supervisory authority, statutory remedy or applicable consumer-dispute mechanism.
43. Contact
Questions about these Terms, JOOBIX products or support may be sent to:
